A crucial time in the Lebanese politcal crisis

The next three weeks in Lebanon are curucial ones for the political stability and peace in the country. The Lebanese will either elect a president siding with the progressive forces who is ready to implement UN Security Council Resolutions 1559 and 1701 and the Special Tribunal focusing on the assaination of Rafik Hariri, or Lebanon will go again under the Syrian hegemony whether directly or indirectly.
